2010 APPLICATION INFORMATION
1. Download Application Form HERE. Complete, then then follow instructions within for returning.
2. Pay $35 dollar Application Fee by PayPal, or send $35 check to Bill Bowen Trainings with mailed application.
3. Successful applicants will be notified by phone and email.
ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Tuition:
1. $2850, if paid in full by cash, Pay Pal or check by 12/18/09, $3000 thereafter.
2. Payment Plan Available - $3100 total cost ($600 Deposit by Jan 28, 2010, then 5 installments of $500 each month starting March 1)
3. Payment can be made by Check, Cash or Paypal (see below)
Enrollment Steps:
1. Upon being accepted into the training, you may choose one of of the payment options below to confirm your enrollment.
2. Download and complete the Enrollment Agreement (and Payment Plan Contract if needed) and return by mail to:

Early Registration Tuition is $2850 if paid by Dec 18, 2009.
Regular Tuition is $3000 if paid after Dec 18, 2009.
Deposit $550 (for both regular tuition and payment plan options).
Work Study Tuition ($450 discount).
